Career Boost Programme

This programme offers an exciting engaging opportunity for young people to take part in an individualised programme that will help develop a portfolio of skills and qualities relevant for today's employment market within South Yorkshire. The programme will focus on building confidence, communication and the teamwork skills so important for working effectively with others, either side by side or through working remotely in a self-employed capacity. This will be achieved through a variety of blended learning activities either online, in the classroom or externally, including work placement with appropriate support. Students will also complete an industry recognised foundation qualification aimed to stretch and challenge them at an appropriate level which can be used to evidence achievement. We work alongside a variety of partner organisations across Sheffield, providing the appropriate information, advice and guidance needed to help support students plan, develop, and progress towards their chosen goals. The whole programme will be delivered by a dedicated experienced team of qualified staff who will provide the necessary support required for those attending this programme.
